Current Infrastructure
Current Arrangement
The development is connected via a shared ICE macro meter. Each home pays proportional usage based on internal meter readings, in accordance with Mar Azul bylaws and Ley 7933 (Ley Reguladora de la Propiedad en Condominio).

Electrical infrastructure was installed and documented through the applicable CFIA process in 2014, before the condominium designation was created.

ICE Coordination

Mar Azul is coordinating with ICE concerning a proposed dedicated public electrical connection. The project is currently in the design and permitting stage.
