MINAE issued a 10-year water concession (R-2133-2024) for well CJ-135 in September 2024. The original well GA-334 was donated to ASADA Santa Marta.
Construction

Environment

SETENA environmental approval 2514-2019 was issued. OIJ inspection (January 20, 2026) stated no environmental damage was observed. A complaint is pending with no final determination.
