## 🚨 WHAT THIS DOCUMENT PROVES

1. **NC WAS ACTIVELY RESPONDING** to every single punch list item
2. **Marion and Milagro were coordinating solutions** for each concern
3. **Client had access to all plans in Drive** (mentioned multiple times)
4. **Subcontractors assigned** (Henry, Fabian, Carlos, electrician)
5. **Samples being prepared** for client approval
6. **This is a NORMAL CONSTRUCTION PUNCH LIST** — every house has one

> **CONTRADICTION:** SFERA claims NC failed to communicate and abandoned project.
> This document shows NC was tracking 40+ items with detailed responses.
